Cherry Tree Farm Campsite Guidelines

Respect your neighbours

  • Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Quiet time starts at 10.30 pm.

  • No anti-social behaviour: We have zero tolerance for behaviour that disrupts the experience of other guests. If your behaviour affects others, we’ll ask you to leave.

  • Alcohol: You're welcome to enjoy a drink by the fire, but keep it civil. No excessive drinking, and no rowdy behaviour. This is a family-friendly site.

  • Be kind: We expect all guests to treat each other and our team with respect. If there’s a problem, speak to us.

Fires and BBQs

  • Fire pits and BBQs must be raised off the ground.

  • No fires during dry spells, we’ll let you know if there’s a fire ban.

  • Firewood available at the shop. Please extinguish all fires by 10.30 pm, we will come round and double-check.

Check-In, Check-Out & Cars

Check-In
All guests must check in at reception on arrival to collect car authorisation and confirm their pitch.

  • Check-in is from 12:00 pm.

  • Latest check-in is 8:00 pm. Please let us know if you’ll be arriving later.

Check-Out

  • Pitches must be fully vacated by 11:00 am.

  • Vehicles must be moved from your pitch by this time.

  • If you stay beyond 11:00 am a £10 per adult, per hour charge will apply.

  • Please leave your pitch as you found it and take all rubbish with you. Charges may be made to the card on file if not.

Cars

  • One vehicle per pitch is included in your booking.

  • Extra cars must be declared in advance and are charged at £10 per day. All cars on site must have a windscreen mirror tag at all times.

  • All vehicles must be parked within your pitch boundary, additional vehicles will be allocated to the barn car park.

  • Unless you have been allocated parking from reception, please keep the area outside the barn clear for arrivals.

Dogs

We love dogs, but please follow the Canine Code of Conduct:

  • Max two dogs per pitch.

  • Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

  • Clean up after them, every time.

  • Be mindful of other campers and wildlife.

  • Dogs are not allowed in Strawberry or Tidswell fields.

Pitches

  • Stick within your 10m x 12m pitch size. If you go over, you’ll need to book a second pitch.

  • One tent per pitch (if you need to chat about this, get in touch).

  • Awnings are allowed as long as they’re within your pitch and weatherproof.

Children

All campers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Rubbish and recycling

Separate your waste, we have clearly marked bins for mixed recycling, glass, and food waste. Please use them.

Keep it natural

No chemical disposal. Please help us protect the land by only using eco-friendly products where possible.
