Camping in Croyde doesn’t get better than this. At Cherry Tree Farm, we keep things simple, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay with some of the best sea views in the UK.
For the love of the land
We live in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and want to keep it that way. We do our best to minimise our impact and sustain the earth for the creatures that live here. You can help us by avoiding single use plastic and using our recycling points. All food waste goes into our on site compost machine. So far, we have returned 1,125kg of nutrients to the soil by composting 7.5 tonnes of scraps.

Ahead of 2027 our facilities are undergoing major renovations. We look forward to offering you more spacious and modern toilets, showers, washing up stations and more.

Two washing-up spots for campers, plus dedicated wetsuit rinse stations.

Our barrier has Automatic Number Plate Recognition and closes at 11 PM. All visitors must park in the designated car park.

Clear and simple recycling stations for glass, dry mixed recycling, and food waste.

Available to purchase. £3 for 2 blocks. These can be exchanged for cold ones anytime throughout your stay.

Elevated fires are allowed until 10:30pm. Solo stoves, Webbers BBQs and firewood are available to hire and buy at reception.
Disposable BBQs are strictly banned for health and safety and environmental reasons.
Please elevate your fire and be careful not to burn your pitch. Fire mats are also available at reception.

We have a 12-person sauna and ice baths with sea views. Campers get 20% off their first session. Book your session.

Cherry Tree is a campsite rather than a fully serviced vehicle park. Our pitches are sloping grass with no hard standings, so we have strict limits to protect the fields.
Campervans and motorhomes: We can accommodate vehicles up to 7 metres. Unless you are in a small, standard campervan, please get in touch for approval before booking. Anything over 7 metres is a firm no.
Caravans: Single axle and under 7 metres only. You must get in touch for approval before making a booking.
A note on facilities: We have a chemical waste point, but we do not offer grey waste disposal. You will need to take your grey waste home with you.

Over winter we are available via phone or email from 9am to 3pm.
Our reception is open from 8am to 8pm during the season ready to assist you with any questions. We also have essentials available if you need them.

Fires + BBQs
Disposable BBQs are a hazard to the earth and a burden on the bins, so we don’t allow them. We want all our campers to enjoy a lush green pitch so all fires must be elevated. We have fire mats at reception which are free to use with a small holding deposit. If you need a proper rig, we rent out Solo Stoves and Weber BBQs. We’re protective of our turf, so please be mindful of not burning the grass.

The Cherry Tree canine code
We’re a dog-friendly campsite. Please follow these simple guidelines:
Up to two dogs per pitch.
Keep dogs on a lead. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times around the site.
Respect the wildlife and local livestock. Tidswell is out of bounds to dogs due to wildlife.
Pick up after your pup.
Respect your neighbours. Not everyone is a dog lover (hard to believe, we know). Please keep barking to a minimum, and be mindful of other guests.
Respect dog-free fields and do not bring your dog(s) into the toilets, showers, or sauna.
Beach restrictions: Croyde Beach does not allow dogs from May to September. Putsborough and Saunton beaches, just a short drive away, welcome dogs all year round.
