Movement sessions

Stretch, strengthen or simply slow down. Our weekly Movement Sessions are open to everyone, including campers and locals, and are designed to help you feel good inside and out.

Sessions take place in our barn, which features a dedicated elevated yoga floor and overhead heaters for chilly days. Small groups, great teachers, good energy. Book a sauna session for after class to reap the benefits and enhance muscle recovery.
