Hidden away on our laid-back North Devon campsite, our wood-fired sauna is the perfect spot to reset and recharge. Overlooking Croyde Bay and the rugged coastline, it’s open to campers and day visitors alike. Enjoy deep heat, followed by a cold plunge in one of our two ice baths, and rinse off in our outdoor showers. Exclusive hire: £100 for an hour. Contact us to book.

Our 10-session pack is the easiest way to stay committed to yourself. OFFER: £80 for 10 sessions, valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Regular sauna use is known to improve circulation, ease muscle tension, and calm a busy mind. It’s the perfect wind-down after surf, hikes, or simply because you need a moment to breathe.

Sessions are 50 minutes.
Every booking must be under the correct name — you’ll be asked to sign a waiver when you book.
If you’re booking using a multi-session pack, each session must be booked under the same name on the pack.
Check in at Reception before you head to the sauna (What3Words: ///dividing.briefing.ironclad). If you’re not staying with us, you can park for free for the length of your session.

We keep numbers capped at 12 to make it comfortable for everyone.
Users must be at least 16 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
