Cherry Tree Farm Campsite is a magical place, with some big ideas. We have a longstanding community which we want to cherish at the heart of everything we do. Our ethos is built around the landscape in which we are in. Set within the AONB, we’re focused on creating experiences that feel connected to nature, from peaceful sea-view pitches and our wood-fired sauna to seasonal feasts that celebrate local produce. We care for our landscape, nurture wildlife and support the people who make this place what it is.

We’re not here to offer an ordinary camping experience. We’re creating something slower, more thoughtful and full of heart.

Campsite Assistants

  • Start date: From early April through to late October. Flexible start dates can be discussed as we do need some help during the winter too.

    Contract: Zero hours

It’s hands on, varied work, rooted in being present and mucking in.

We’re looking for someone proactive, reliable and warm, who enjoys working independently but also thrives as part of a close-knit team.

    • Someone with a strong work ethic who notices the details.

    • Comfortable working outdoors and getting stuck in.

    • Confident working solo, but happy as part of a small team.

    • Hospitality or front of house experience is a bonus, but not essential.

    • Barista experience is helpful, but not required.

    • A full driving licence is needed, as some driving is part of the role.

    • Competitive pay, including holiday pay.

    • The option to live on site if needed.

    • A summer spent working in a beautiful coastal landscape.

    • Free coffee.

    • Some meals provided during catered event evenings.

    • Access to the wellness facilities.

  • Send us your CV and a short cover letter explaining why you’re the perfect fit.
